Intuitive Analytica is seeking a Senior Director of Marketing to own and lead our entire marketing function. This role is responsible for strategy, execution, and performance across social media, content, brand, design, SEO, and go-to-market initiatives for our SaaS product. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role. You will define how our product is positioned in the market, lead product launches, manage channel owners and creative resources, and ensure marketing directly supports pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and brand authority. The ideal candidate has proven experience bringing SaaS products to market and understands how to translate complex software into compelling narratives that drive measurable business results. What You’ll Do • Own end-to-end marketing strategy aligned with company growth and revenue goals • Lead and oversee all marketing functions, including: • Social Media • Content & Messaging • Brand & Design • SEO & Organic Growth • Campaigns & Demand Generation • Define and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and feature releases • Personally guide and approve social media strategy, messaging, and thought leadership • Translate product features, updates, and technical concepts into clear, high-impact narratives • Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Leadership to align marketing with revenue objectives • Oversee performance across platforms (primarily LinkedIn, Meta Platforms, YouTube; others as relevant) • Build and manage launch campaigns including teasers, rollouts, and post-launch amplification • Establish KPIs, reporting, and attribution across all marketing channels • Analyze performance data and continuously refine strategy based on results • Stay ahead of SaaS, AI, and B2B marketing trends and apply them pragmatically What We’re Looking For • 6–10+ years of marketing experience, with meaningful experience in SaaS or B2B software • Bachelors Degree • Demonstrated success bringing SaaS products to market (early-stage, scale-up, or enterprise) • Experience owning and executing marketing strategy across multiple channels • Strong understanding of SaaS funnels, PLG vs sales-led motions, and B2B buyer psychology • Proven leadership experience managing contributors, agencies, or cross-functional partners • Excellent writing and communication skills with a strategic, confident voice • Experience tying marketing performance to business outcomes (pipeline, acquisition, retention) • Comfortable operating autonomously and making high-level decisions with minimal oversight Nice to Have • Experience marketing AI, analytics, or technical SaaS products • Background in product marketing or growth marketing • Experience managing designers, social managers, or external agencies • Familiarity with attribution tools, CRMs, and marketing automation platforms Why This Role • High ownership with direct impact on company growth • Opportunity to define and lead the entire marketing function • Influence over product positioning and go-to-market strategy • Leadership visibility within the organization Competitive compensation based on experience Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Referral program • Vision insurance • Work Location: In person
