Marketing Operations Manager. This is an individual contributor role responsible for designing, building, and maintaining seamless data flows between our various marketing and operations platforms. This role is crucial for automating our processes and enabling our key AI initiatives. We're looking for an expert at connecting different systems and making them work together. This person will serve as a subject matter expert, identifying opportunities to optimize our data ecosystem and drive efficiency. You'll work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including product teams, data engineering, and business partners, to ensure our technology stack works cohesively and delivers on business goals. Responsibilities • Design and Build Integrations: Architect and develop robust data integration solutions using APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms like Adobe Workfront Fusion. • Maintain Data Integrity: Build and maintain efficient data pipelines (ETL) and troubleshoot integration failures to ensure uninterrupted data flow and accuracy. • Enable AI Workflows: Lead the development and implementation of internal AI products and workflows by providing the necessary data architecture and technical support. • Collaborate and Communicate: Partner with teams to gather integration requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Optimize and Own: Proactively identify and resolve issues, optimize existing processes for performance and scalability, and manage dependencies to ensure projects stay on track.
