Responsibilities ● Drive and own the program strategy including tying the business unit, portfolio and program strategy together. Use influence at executive and team level to help teams understand how the program fits into the overall strategy and accelerates outcomes. ● Prioritize initiatives within the program and surface risks and trade-offs as well as recommendations to the stakeholders. ● Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication, effectively navigating organizational change and driving continuous improvement. ● Develop and communicate high quality program plans, execute rigorously, tracking and reporting status and driving risk to closure in partnership with wide-ranging audiences visually communicating goals of program, relationship to business goals, and other relevant success criteria. ● Define and implement program management best practices, coach and mentor other program managers, and contribute to the growth of the program management community. ● Lead cross-functional dependency management for assigned programs. ● Breakdown and organize the program into manageable pieces that can be delegated or individually owned. ● Drive the status and reporting structure in a manner that is consistent with both Agile principles and the needs of the program. ● Develop decision-making principles and recommendations for decisions. ● Identify risks, develop a risk mitigation plan and gain buy-in from stakeholders. ● Possess deep expertise in software development methodologies and apply them effectively to programs. ● Use data, principles and risk mitigation to assess progress to plan. Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is: Bay Area California $193,500.00 - 262,000.00Southern California $182,500.00 - 247,000.00This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits).Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
