We're seeking a versatile and highly analytical professional who is passionate about analyzing all aspects of collections strategies and operations. This position is perfect for someone who flourishes in dynamic environments, possesses a comprehensive understanding of collections processes, and is proactive in catching performance trends by utilizing systems, processes, vendors, and data. Responsibilities • Support the entire collections lifecycle for all lending products, from early delinquency to post charge-off. • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant capturing and analysis of recovery data. • Monitor performance data and operational workflows, identify areas of improvement, and partner with leadership to implement effective solutions. • Serve as a key point of contact between the collections team, platform/product teams, and collection agencies, facilitating data reporting and issue resolution. • Develop and maintain analytical playbooks, workflows, and data controls. • Provide supportive system-level tools and reporting in Salesforce, tableau, collections instruments, and payment platforms (e.g., troubleshooting, change requests, UAT testing). • Drive the creation of collection reporting and insights concerning performance and risk trends.
