Responsibilities ● Oversee the media billing process from end-to-end including PO creation, billing, invoicing, reporting, margin management and revenue recognition support ● Partner with Sales, Ad Ops, Revenue Accounting, BU Finance and FP&A to assess, improve, and streamline MediaLabs financial processes, while maintaining SOX compliance ● Onboard new clients through Database Management Platform (QuickBase) and ensure all operational processes and requirements are met (client-screening, IO execution, corresponding PO creation) ● Actively manage and monitor all platform & client activity across Accounts Payable (A/P) & Accounts Receivable (A/R) ● Work with Ad Operations to gather comprehensive impression delivery data to accurately track Ad Sales revenue in accordance with internal procedures used during Month End (M/E) accrual and Monthly Client Billing / Invoicing processes ● Prepare evidence files and submit manual invoice requests at Month End (Clients) and ensure purchase orders are in place for ad platform partners ● Assist in resolving billing issues and discrepancies by supplying instruction and support to media buyers and vendors
