What you'll bring • 4+ years experience overseeing media billing processes, budget management, reporting, and accounts receivable management • Highly motivated self-starter that can work independently in a dynamic, multi-business unit environment across all levels of management. • Excellent Written and Communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to optimize processes • Proficiency and working knowledge in Oracle Quickbase, Coupa, Aravo, Placements.io a Plus • Understanding of different media buying platforms and tools such as The Tradedesk, Meta, Google Marketing Platform, Xandr, LinkedIn, etc. • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Accounting, Sourcing, 3PRM (3rd Party Risk Management) Ad Operations, Product • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy • Familiarity with the media network space and a strong understanding of media pricing and rate variability How you will lead • Oversee the media billing process from end-to-end including PO creation, billing, invoicing, reporting, margin management and revenue recognition support • Partner with Sales, Ad Ops, Revenue Accounting, BU Finance and FP&A to assess, improve, and streamline MediaLabs financial processes, while maintaining SOX compliance • Onboard new clients through Database Management Platform (QuickBase) and ensure all operational processes and requirements are met (client-screening, IO execution, corresponding PO creation) • Actively manage and monitor all platform & client activity across Accounts Payable (A/P) & Accounts Receivable (A/R) • Work with Ad Operations to gather comprehensive impression delivery data to accurately track Ad Sales revenue in accordance with internal procedures used during Month End (M/E) accrual and Monthly Client Billing / Invoicing processes • Prepare evidence files and submit manual invoice requests at Month End (Clients) and ensure purchase orders are in place for ad platform partners • Assist in resolving billing issues and discrepancies by supplying instruction and support to media buyers and vendors
