Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Intuit is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Staff Business Data Analyst to join the Global Sourcing & Procurement team. In this role, you will lead the management and optimization of reporting tools, dashboards, and systems that power GSP’s insights and operations while translating data into actionable insights. Responsibilities • Quickly ramp up to develop a deep understanding of the systems, dashboards and reporting tools utilized by the GSP team • Thoughtfully manage a new dashboard & reporting pipeline and build new reporting capabilities for the GSP team as needed • Refine process automation to efficiently compile data from multiple sources and develop reporting methods/dashboards to drive transparency into performance • Enhance and streamline existing GSP reporting tools and capabilities to enable faster and more accurate insights into business performance • Leverage strong analytical skills to identify actionable insights from large datasets, transforming complex data into clear, concise presentations for leadership. Develop impactful reports and presentations that inform decision-making, influence strategy, and drive business growth • Partner across GSP to continuously improve processes and tools to drive scale • Integrate AI capabilities into dashboards and reporting tools to deliver predictive insights and intelligent recommendations to stakeholders; develop AI prototypes • Stay up to date with industry standards and best practices; explore and evaluate new tools and technologies for reporting • Maintain data integrity, confidentiality and availability by strictly adhering to data stewardship principles and guidelines • Manage complex processes and ambiguous situations while collaborating with multiple individuals and teams • Communicate effectively in both verbal and written form with business partners Skills • 7+ years of experience working in data, analytics or other relevant roles • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, Statistics, or a related field • Demonstrated experience with Qlik Sense is required, including developing and managing data visualizations and dashboards • Efficient in handling large-scale datasets and proficient in using data manipulation tools and databases (SQL, NoSQL) • Experience with requirements gathering and process documentation • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy • Experience leveraging AI and machine learning tools to automate analysis, generate insights, or improve data-driven decision making • High degree of organization, individual initiative, intellectual curiosity, personal accountability, and a commitment to driving results in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously • Well-rounded interpersonal and communication skills with the capacity to build strong relationships and collaborate with multiple stakeholders • Familiarity with other modern reporting tools such as AWS Quicksight is a plus, along with a willingness to learn and implement new software Benefits • Cash bonus • Equity rewards • Benefits Company Overview • Intuit provides financial software solutions to empower individuals and businesses.
