Responsibilities: Intrado is seeking a results-driven VP, Sales – Enterprise & Safety Suite to lead and scale enterprise revenue across direct sales and partner channels. This executive will own enterprise growth strategy, pipeline execution, and channel performance across Intrado’s enterprise and safety suite solutions. The VP will build and lead high-performing sales teams, deepen strategic enterprise relationships, and accelerate revenue through system integrators, resellers, carriers, and technology partners. Key Responsibilities: • Enterprise Direct Sales Leadership • Own enterprise revenue growth across large commercial, regulated, and public-sector-adjacent customers • Lead and scale a national team of Enterprise Account Executives and Sales Leaders • Drive disciplined forecasting, pipeline management, and deal execution for complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles • Partner closely with Product, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to align go-to-market strategy • Personally engage in strategic, high-value enterprise deals and executive-level negotiations • Channel & Partner Sales Strategy • Define and execute a scalable channel and partner sales strategy (VARs, SIs, carriers, OEMs, distributors) • Recruit, enable, and manage strategic partners to expand enterprise reach and accelerate deal velocity • Establish partner performance metrics, incentive programs, and joint go-to-market plans • Ensure alignment between direct and channel teams to minimize conflict and maximize total revenue • Revenue Operations & Execution • Deliver consistent quarterly and annual revenue targets • Implement strong sales cadence, KPI dashboards, and performance management • Improve sales efficiency, deal cycle time, and average contract value • Ensure CRM (Salesforce) accuracy, forecasting rigor, and reporting transparency • Leadership & Talent Development • Build a high-performance sales culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, and customer value • Hire, coach, and develop sales leaders and top enterprise talent • Foster cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Customer Success Qualifications: • 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, including 5+ years in senior sales leadership roles selling complex SaaS, cloud, communications, or mission-critical solutions • Proven success leading enterprise direct sales and channel/partner organizations • Strong background in long sales cycles, large contract values, and executive-level selling • Demonstrated ability to scale teams, improve forecasting accuracy, and exceed revenue targets • Experience selling into regulated industries, public safety, healthcare, government-adjacent, or large enterprises needed • Ability to travel as needed for the role (events, internal meetings, customer meetings, etc.) Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related discipline or equivalent work experience is required • Masters/ Advanced degree in the same discipline is preferred • Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements Total Rewards: Want to love where you work?
