This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can bring structure to ambiguity, and knows how to turn broad business needs into clear, actionable plans. Working closely with Operations leadership and cross-functional partners, this individual will help organize priorities, drive initiatives forward, improve processes, track commitments, and ensure important work does not fall through the cracks. This is an individual contributor role with significant visibility and influence across the organization. Success will require strong business judgment, organization, communication, and the ability to drive accountability without direct authority. What You'll Do Partner with Operations leadership to evaluate business challenges, identify opportunities, and translate strategic priorities into clear plans, actions, and measurable outcomes. Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution. Bring structure and organization to complex or ambiguous business challenges. Develop and implement scalable processes that improve how teams work together. Facilitate meetings and working sessions, ensuring decisions, owners, and next steps are clear. Partner across functions to resolve roadblocks and maintain momentum on key initiatives. Analyze operational data and business trends to develop recommendations that support leadership decision-making. Prepare updates, recommendations, presentations, and other materials for senior leadership. Take ownership of high-priority or emerging initiatives that may not have a natural owner. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. 5 + years experience in business operations, project or program management, strategy and operations, process improvement, or a related field. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex, cross-functional initiatives simultaneously. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to create structure when requirements or solutions are not yet fully defined. Ability to influence, follow up, and drive accountability across teams without direct authority. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience communicating with senior leaders. Experience identifying and improving business processes. Comfort working with data, metrics, reporting, and business performance indicators. Strong judgment with the ability to balance strategic priorities with tactical execution. Ability to adapt quickly as business needs and priorities change. What Success Looks Like Leadership has greater visibility into priorities, risks, decisions, and progress.
