As a Partner Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role as the main point of contact between our team and our partners. Your responsibilities will include: • Building and nurturing relationships with assigned partners to enhance engagement and growth. • Developing and executing joint business opportunities, setting up targets, and tracking progress. • Coordinating with partners to generate leads, register deals, and close sales effectively. • Providing comprehensive support to partners during the sales process, including training and resources. • Monitoring and reporting on partner performance through metrics and regular reviews. • Onboarding new partners and ensuring they are well-equipped and ready to work together. • Collaborating with internal teams to align strategies and facilitate smooth execution of partner-related initiatives. • Managing co-marketing efforts and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with partners. • Providing valuable feedback on market trends and partner needs to enhance our partner program. • Maintaining accurate CRM data and reporting to leadership regularly. • Traveling as needed to attend partner meetings, trade shows, and workshops. Your qualifications include: • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in channel sales or business development. • Deep knowledge of the contact center software industry and Intradiem’s solutions. • A solid understanding of partner ecosystems and models. • A strong sales orientation coupled with excellent relationship-building skills. • Experience in driving business through partner channels. • Exceptional communication skills for engaging with executives and stakeholders. • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a commitment to team collaboration. Success in this role will be measured by: • Growth of partner-sourced pipeline and opportunities. • Revenue generation and bookings through assigned partners. • Feedback on partner satisfaction and overall relationships. • Increase in market share through partner collaborations. Preferred qualifications include: • Experience in the cloud contact center, customer experience automation, or workforce management sectors. • Familiarity with global partner networks and managing multi-regional partnerships. • Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance data and recommend actionable insights. • Understanding of SaaS business models and partner incentives. • An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
