Shifts: Monday-Friday, 11:00am- 7:30pm Central Time (CST) or 2:30pm-11pm , one Saturday or Sunday every 4th week What You’ll Be Doing: • Outbound calls to prospective customers (B2C) who need our product • No cold calling • Listen to customers’ needs and address concerns • Communicate pricing and collect the initial lease payment • Upsell additional products that serve the customers’ unique needs • Follow-up with customers in a timely manner What You’ll Bring to the Table: • Remote work experience preferred but not required • Highly motivated, goal oriented, commission driven sales professionals • High school diploma or GED preferred • 1 or more years of experience with in-bound sales, or a commission-based retail sales position • Ability to really listen to customers and understand their needs • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet • Attention to detail and strong follow through • Comfort with using all Microsoft Office programs • A 30 WPM minimum typing ability • Must reside in the United States Why work for us?
