Company Description Era is a womenswear lifestyle & fashion brand. Role Description This is a part-time role based in Austin Texas (South Lamar) for a Fulfillment & Customer Service & Social Media role at a fashion brand. The role involves but not limited to: • managing daily operations such as processing and packing orders • assisting customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues • maintaining accurate records of inventory • steaming garments, lifting boxes (no more than 45 lbs) • posting for social media • responding to customer inquiries from social media We are looking for someone who is interested in women's fashion and has some experience in customer service. This role may evolve into a full time position. Must be able to work in the US and can work at least 3 days a week / we are flexible with hours.
