Intetics Inc., a global technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer (Health Data Systems) to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. We are forming an international expert team to support the Trauma Registration and Trauma Systems Improvement Program under the national High Road Traffic Injury initiative in Bangladesh. The project aims to design, develop, pilot, and scale a comprehensive trauma data system that will enhance national healthcare outcomes by providing accurate, timely, and standardized trauma information. The Senior Full-Stack Developer will play a central role in architecture, software development, DevOps, deployment, rollout, and sustainability of the digital trauma registry platform. Responsibilities System Design & Architecture Lead and contribute to the design of the trauma registry system Define system architecture, data models, workflows, and integration points Ensure interoperability, scalability, and data security Full-Stack Development Develop a secure, multi-user, role-based web application with audit trails Implement RESTful APIs, reporting, and analytics modules Configure hosting environments and ensure cybersecurity compliance Work with front-end and back-end frameworks to deliver complete features DevOps & Deployment Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines Automate testing, deployment, and rollback procedures Manage development, staging, and production environments Pilot Implementation & Rollout Support pilot deployment in selected districts Troubleshoot implementation issues and refine system functionality Travel across Bangladesh to support training, testing, and rollout activities Scale-Up, Sustainability & Handover Participate in nationwide scale-up planning and execution Prepare system documentation, user manuals, and SOPs Conduct training sessions and ensure smooth handover to national teams Experience 8+ years full-stack software development 3+ years of experience with health data systems (HIS, EMR/EHR, trauma registries, public health platforms) Proven experience leading DevOps pipelines and end-to-end software delivery Delivered multi-user, role-based, audit-trailed systems with analytics and APIs Technical Skills Proficiency in at least one enterprise back-end stack: Java/Spring, .NET, or Node.js/TypeScript Experience with one or more front-end frameworks: React, Angular, or Vue Strong skills in relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) Solid understanding of REST APIs, message queues, and distributed systems Demonstrated ability to cover the entire development lifecycle Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field Work Arrangement & On-Site Conditions This position is designated as an international expert role, requiring the expert to be physically present in Bangladesh for the majority of the assignment The expert must be willing and able to temporarily relocate to Bangladesh for approximately 18 months, as on-site presence is essential for coordination with the Client, implementation teams, and government stakeholders Frequent travel within Bangladesh is expected during the rollout and scale-up stages The expert must also be prepared to travel within Bangladesh, especially during pilot deployment and scale-up phases
