Backed by top-tier investors and scaling rapidly across the US, they are redefining how businesses, fleets and property partners deploy charging infrastructure at speed and at scale. As part of their continued national expansion, we are searching for a high-calibre Territory Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across (New York/New England) The Opportunity This is a chance to join an organisation with a winning product, a strong brand, and huge market momentum. You will have full ownership of the territory, backed by a leadership team that invests heavily in sales success and rewards top performers exceptionally well. What You’ll Be Doing • Delivering regional revenue objectives through a structured, high-impact sales approach • Building and managing a strong pipeline across destination charging, real estate, workplace, hospitality, fleet and public-sector verticals • Identifying, pitching, and closing opportunities with decision-makers across your region • Running a consultative sales process problem-solving, designing solutions, and shaping commercial proposals • Partnering closely with engineering, operations and product teams to ensure seamless delivery • Representing the company at industry events and positioning the brand as the partner of choice • Maintaining disciplined forecasting, territory planning and account management What We’re Looking For • A proven hunter with a track record of exceeding quota in B2B sales • Experience selling into commercial real estate, destination charging, energy, infrastructure, fleet, SaaS, or adjacent markets • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles • Confident in articulating ROI, operational value and technical solutions • A motivated, self-starter mindset, someone who thrives with autonomy and ownership • Genuine passion for EV charging, sustainability and the wider energy-transition ecosystem If you are a high-performing sales professional ready to step into one of the most exciting roles in the EV charging industry, we’d love to speak with you.
