Position: Sales Enablement Manager The Sales Enablement Manager plays a critical role in driving the success of our go-to-market teams. With experience in SaaS or EdTech, this individual will design, implement, and manage comprehensive enablement programs (new hire onboarding and ongoing training) that equip our sales organization with the tools, resources, and skills needed to perform at their best. By aligning enablement initiatives with business objectives, the Sales Enablement Manager ensures our teams are more effective in engaging customers, accelerating deal cycles, and ultimately contributing to revenue growth and the success of our customers. Develop ongoing training initiatives to improve sales effectiveness, including product knowledge, competitive positioning, and sales methodology. Partner with Marketing and Product to ensure consistent, impactful messaging and collateral. Manage and optimize the sales enablement tech stack (Salesforce, Salesloft, Highspot, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). Measure and report on enablement program effectiveness using KPIs such as ramp time, quota attainment, and content utilization. Coach sales leaders and reps on best practices, supporting continuous improvement across the team. Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure go-to-market strategies are fully supported with enablement resources. Who you are: Enablement Professional: Proven experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related role within SaaS or EdTech. Strategic Thinker: Skilled at aligning enablement initiatives to business goals and sales strategies. Coach and Builder: Comfortable designing programs, delivering training, and coaching individuals and teams. Data-Driven: Able to analyze sales performance data and turn insights into actionable improvements. Tech-Savvy: Experienced with sales tools (Salesforce, Gong, Salesloft, Highspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). Collaborative: Adept at working across sales, marketing, and product teams to drive alignment. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or a related role, designing and delivering sales training programs (SaaS/EdTech preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Understanding of sales methodologies and processes in B2B SaaS environments. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
