Description: • Mid-Market Account Executive (hunter role) driving revenue through new customer acquisition for Interplay Learning's B2B SaaS skills development platform • Supported by marketing, SDR partner, and prospecting efforts; annual quota $700k+ • Build rapport with decision-makers, understand customer needs, develop tailored solutions and lead product demos • Collaborate with SDR, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to close deals; monitor funnel and forecast revenue • Sell VR, AI, and 3D simulation technology for skilled trades training; target mid-market customers • Next steps include recording an intro video; post-offer I-9 verification, E-Verify, background and drug tests required Requirements: • 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive, within B2B SaaS or a related industry • Experience consistently achieving annual quotas of at least $500k (candidates should have 2+ years of experience consistently achieving annual quotas of at least $500k, ideally higher) • Experience selling a B2B SaaS product preferably in EdTech, Training, Workforce Development or adjacent (or related to skilled trades, construction, facilities maintenance or industrial) • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth • Deep understanding of the sales process, consultative selling, and account planning • Proficiency with modern sales tech stack including Salesforce, Gong, Zoom, Hubspot, Highspot, G-Suite and Gemini AI • Knowledge of Challenger Sales methodology is a plus • Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without stipulations and be residents of the United States • Background check, drug and alcohol test required after offer Benefits: • Remote-first & flexible hours • Offices in Austin, TX; Deer Park, TX; Woodland, WA; and Cleveland, OH • Annual learning reimbursement • Family-friendly policies • 3 weeks PTO, 1 week Winter Break, holidays, and sick days • Medical, vision, dental, and 401(k) match • Private Company Equity Options • Wellness – Mental and physical health resources and social events
