10+ years in strategic partnerships/business development in corporate travel, strong negotiation and leadership skills, and a relevant bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
Description: • Lead and scale ALTOUR's global partnership ecosystem in the corporate travel space • Identify, evaluate, and establish high-value partnerships across airlines, hotels, ground transportation, travel tech platforms, and ancillary service providers • Drive incremental revenue and margin through co-branded initiatives, joint ventures, and enhanced partner offerings • Lead high-stakes negotiations, structure commercial terms, and manage contracts • Build and manage a diversified portfolio of global partners; monitor performance, compliance, and ROI • Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Operations to co-create integrated travel solutions and seamless customer experiences • Build and lead a high-performing partnerships team; mentor talent and foster a collaborative culture • Provide market intelligence on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies • Act as a key liaison with internal stakeholders and C-level executives to align partnership strategies with broader business goals Requirements: • 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or supplier relations, preferably within the corporate travel, hospitality, or travel tech industry • Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and managing high-value partnerships that drive commercial outcomes • Strong network within the global travel ecosystem (e.g., TMCs, GDSs, suppliers, aggregators, fintech, or expense platforms) • Executive presence with outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills • Analytical mindset with strong financial acumen and a data-driven approach to decision-making • Experience in cross-functional leadership and managing global or distributed teams • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred Benefits: • choice of two medical plans • two dental plans • vision insurance • flexible spending accounts (FSAs) • company-paid life insurance and AD&D • optional additional life insurance and AD&D • disability insurance • paid parental leave • paid time off • 401k Plan with company match • discounted employee travel options • access to LinkedIn Learning webinars and courses • discounted pet insurance • discounted auto, home, & renters insurance • potential eligibility for incentive, commission, bonus, or discretionary bonus program
