Overview Global Travel Collection (GTC), part of Internova Travel Group, is the most influential collection of international luxury travel agencies. Responsibilities Provide customer support for the online booking tools and other corporate travel software offered by Global Travel Collection. This role faces both internally, with our advisors, and externally, with our corporate clients. A successful candidate would have great customer service skills, have a working knowledge of online booking tools, and the desire/ability to solve problems daily. Provides support of corporate online booking tools, such as Concur, Emburse, and Deem (and any new OBTs) to meet client needs. Monitor the Help Desk calls and emails. This includes picking up tasks, completing them, and communicating their completion as needed. Implement new accounts by following established implementation process. Present trainings and demonstrations in a professional manner. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications 1-3 years’ experience with Concur Travel corporate online booking software preferred, with the ability to learn other tools such as Emburse and Deem Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. Previous travel agency experience preferred. Working knowledge of GDS systems. (Sabre knowledge preferred) Exceptional customer service skills required along with strong business communication skills (both oral and written). Excellent presentation skills with the ability to conduct training in both virtual and in-person environments if needed. Detail-oriented while coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
