Company: RepoReport Location: Remote in the United States The Sales & Relationship Manager is responsible for managing the full client lifecycle—from initial outreach and demos to onboarding, retention, and account growth. This is a relationship-first role with a strong sales component, ideal for someone who understands (or can quickly learn) the auto repossession ecosystem. You’ll work directly with leadership and product teams, acting as the voice of the customer while driving revenue and adoption. Key Responsibilities Sales & Growth • Identify, qualify, and close new customers • Conduct product demos and explain value in clear, non-technical terms • Develop and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools • Showcase RepoReport solutions based on client needs • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts • Build long-term, trusted relationships with decision-makers and operators • Ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing product adoption • Proactively address client questions, feedback, and concerns • Gather customer feedback and translate it into actionable product insights • Work closely with product and engineering teams to improve features and workflows Required Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities • Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho or similar) Preferred Qualifications • Experience in auto repossession, lending, recovery, or adjacent fintech/auto services • SaaS sales or account management experience • Familiarity with operational workflows and compliance-driven industries • Ability to explain data, analytics, or automation tools to non-technical users What We Offer • Competitive base pay • Flexible, remote-first work environment • Direct influence on product direction and company growth • Opportunity to grow with an early-stage, industry-focused tech company Pay: From $75,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Application Question(s): • Are you comfortable working in a remote setting?
