Job Description: • Independently coordinate logistics and operational activities for federal client meetings, conferences, trainings, and events • Analyze and resolve operational, scheduling, participant, vendor, and logistical issues • Serve as primary point of coordination with meeting participants, speakers, vendors, and internal stakeholders • Interpret and apply Federal Travel Regulations (FTR) and agency travel guidance • Support development and implementation of workflow improvements and operational efficiencies • Monitor project timelines, identify risks, and recommend solutions • Coordinate vendor onboarding and documentation processes Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in related field • Minimum of 3 years of full-time work in logistics • Experience with federal government regulations and procedures • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, database systems, virtual meeting platforms, and Docusign Benefits: • Health insurance • Paid time off • Flexible work arrangements
