Job description Join our client, a global mobile performance marketing platform, as a Senior CPI Sales Manager. You will lead sales strategies for mobile app acquisition campaigns, driving revenue growth and expanding affiliate partnerships. This is a high-impact role ideal for a sales-focused professional passionate about performance marketing and mobile advertising. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute sales strategies for CPI campaigns to surpass revenue targets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers and partners, negotiating key contracts and pursuing new business opportunities. • Collaborate with affiliate teams to explore additional revenue streams focused on incentive traffic. • Manage CRM data to ensure accurate and up-to-date advertiser information. • Deliver reports on sales performance, campaign outcomes, and forecasts to optimise results. • Represent the organisation at global industry events, providing insights on trends and competitive dynamics. • Mentor and guide junior team members to develop their skills and performance. Requirements • 5+ years in sales or business development, preferably in CPI or mobile apps acquisition. • Strong understanding of mobile traffic types, CPI products, and performance-based business models. • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals in dynamic, target-driven environments. • Leadership experience with the ability to drive strategies and develop profitable partnerships. • Proficient with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Affise, HasOffers, AppsFlyer, Adjust) or equivalent. • Excellent sales, negotiation, decision-making, and analytical skills. • Fluent in English; strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
