Overview International Data Corporation (IDC) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Process Owner Manager to support our Research & Data organization by capturing, designing, implementing, managing process performance and continuous improvement of key business processes. This role ensures processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals. This role will report to the Director, Process Transformation and will work closely with cross-functional team members. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, business process re-engineering, and organizational change, with experience working with cross-functional teams.This position reports to the Director, Process Transformation. This position will be a remote role with a preferred location in Eastern time zone. Responsibilities Define and own the process -- establish scope, objectives, and performance metrics. Design and document end-to-end process workflows, roles, and responsibilities. Monitor process performance using KPIs and dashboards; identify gaps and improvement opportunities. Drive continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., business units, IT, quality, compliance) to ensure process alignment and integration. Manage process changes, including communication, training, and documentation updates. Facilitate root-cause analysis and corrective action planning for process issues. Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the assigned process(es). Report on process performance and improvement initiatives to leadership. Qualifications 5-10 years of process improvement experience managing or improving business processes or bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred) Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management and leadership skills In-depth knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities Proven success where transformation or change initiatives are long lived / sustainable in the desired changes and impact Certification in or practical experience with process improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile) Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle Proficiency in Process documentation tools such as Visio. The expected total annual compensation, depending on location and experience, is between $93,000-$120,000 USD and is inclusive of base salary and variable compensation. #LI-JF1
