This role partners closely with leadership to foster a culture of equity, employee engagement and high performance. The Senior Director leads the HR team and ensures effective delivery of recruiting, employee relations, training, compensation, benefits and compliance across a varied workforce. This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies and initiatives, assessing program effectiveness and leading improvements in the Human Resources department, as well as organization-wide projects as assigned. This position will lead all Human Resources activities to maintain ICHS as an employer of choice, ensuring that programs and practices are assessed, evaluated and/or audited for adherence to applicable laws, regulations, rules and internal policies; and implementing corrective actions as appropriate. Education - Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree preferred. May substitute five (5) or more years of relevant work experience for a required degree. Experience - Ten (10) years of progressive Human Resources experience including a minimum of five (5) years in a leadership role. Other Requirement(s) - Ability to travel between ICHS sites as needed. If using a personal vehicle to travel, valid Driver's License and Proof of Insurance is required. HR certifications (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred
