This position assists the Patient Services Supervisor in hiring, coaching, training and problem solving. Education - High school diploma or equivalent. Experience - Two years of experience in a health care and/or insurance setting preferred. Other Requirement(s) - Fluent in English: additional fluency in other languages is valid. Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
