7-12 years in B2B sales within TIC/certification/industrial services, proven quota achievement, experience with standards-driven industries, and executive presence.
Job Description: • Establish business in areas of Non-accredited services • Own bookings and revenue for ICC-ES Electrical across key verticals • Prospect aggressively and systematically • Lead the full sales cycle • Build and manage a strategic account list • Define ideal customer profiles, segmentation, messaging, and pricing/packaging inputs • Build core sales assets • Implement and enforce CRM/Database discipline • Establish early KPIs and dashboards • Develop referral partnerships • Represent ICC-ES Electrical at key trade events and industry forums • Build credibility through thought leadership Requirements: • 7–12 years in B2B sales within TIC / certification / compliance / industrial services • Proven record of consistently exceeding quota and winning strategic accounts • Strong understanding of how certification/testing/inspection services are sold • Excellent executive presence • Builder mentality • Experience selling into electrical manufacturers (OEM/ODM), industrial equipment, energy tech, or hazardous locations markets • Familiarity with standards-driven industries (e.g., UL/CSA/IEC frameworks) and conformity assessment workflows Benefits: • paid vacation and sick time • health/dental/vision insurance • 401k with generous company match immediately vested • company paid basic life insurance • short-term and long-term disability coverage • Additional voluntary benefit offerings such as critical illness insurance, flexible spending accounts, and pet insurance
