They are seeking a Director of Healthcare Software Solutions to define and lead the healthcare initiative, shaping strategies and ensuring execution across various business functions to deliver effective communication solutions for the healthcare industry. Responsibilities • Define Intermedia’s healthcare solution strategy with a deep understanding of EHR or practice management ecosystems, compliance requirements, and provider workflows- where we fit in, where the opportunities are and expanding our right to win • Be our expert on how AI is transforming patient engagement and provider operations and embed those insights into Intermedia’s offerings to pave the way for communications leadership in the healthcare industry. • Own the healthcare business plan, including growth targets, investment priorities, and partner alignment. • Develop and lead vertical-specific GTM plays and messaging that speak directly to healthcare executives, administrators, clinical staff, and other influencers and decision-makers. • Guide sales and channel teams on how to approach healthcare accounts, leveraging your network and industry expertise. • Create executive-level narratives that communicate the value of Intermedia’s healthcare solutions in the language of healthcare leaders. • Lead the definition of our product roadmap as it relates to the healthcare industry, working with the product team to prioritize features and functionality that will accelerate business. • Collaborate with product management to create new healthcare-specific capabilities, integrations (e.g., EHR, CRM, telehealth platforms), and compliance standards (HIPAA, HITRUST, etc.). • Ensure solutions address real-world challenges in patient engagement, care coordination, and operational efficiency. • Equip sales teams with healthcare-specific playbooks, training, and competitive insights. • Build and maintain relationships with key players in the healthcare ecosystem—including EHR vendors, technology partners, and industry associations. • Participate in select sales discussions, lending your expertise to closing deals with high potential healthcare prospecs. Skills • 10+ years of experience in healthcare technology, ideally spanning EHR, patient engagement, or communications workflows. • A strong network of healthcare contacts, built through years of direct involvement in the space. • Deep knowledge of how EHRs, unified communications, and contact center solutions shape provider operations, with firsthand experience influencing or integrating into those workflows. • Proven ability to track and apply AI-driven trends in healthcare, particularly around patient engagement and operational automation. • Working within the marketing team, you will bring product and industry expertise to guide cross-functional teams and align stakeholders around a vertical-specific growth strategy. • Work with marketing to develop sales enablement material, campaigns, and provide support for sales when needed to position and pitch our healthcare solution. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage healthcare executives, clinicians, and technical buyers alike. • Experience bringing healthcare-specific solutions to market within a SaaS or communications company. • Familiarity with both large health systems and the down-market provider space (community hospitals, physician practices, specialty care). • Track record of scaling healthcare offerings in partnership with the broader ecosystem. Education Requirements • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA is a plus.
