Support strategic initiatives by analyzing franchise-based customer data and identifying expansion opportunities within franchise networks at Intermedia. Your Role Key responsibilities include: • Analyze customer data to identify franchise-based businesses within the existing customer base • Research franchise structures, parent-child relationships, and multi-location ownership models • Build and maintain organized tracking documents of franchise systems and expansion potential • Identify whitespace opportunities within franchise networks • Create executive-ready summaries and visual presentations of findings • Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to assist with research, data structuring, synthesis, and summarization • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and strategy stakeholders to validate findings and refine outputs • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and documentation throughout the project About You The company is looking for: • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field • Strong organizational skills to manage large datasets and multiple research threads simultaneously • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on structured projects • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data cleansing, and basic data analysis functions • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with the ability to build clear, concise, executive-level slides and translate data into visual summaries and insights • Comfort and competence using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for research acceleration, data summarization, structured thinking, organization, and drafting summaries and insights Career Progression Intermedia promotes from within and has many employees with long tenures, offering opportunities for growth and advancement.
