Telephone Receptionist/Job Coordinator Interior Locksmith is not your typical locksmith company. The right candidate is calm under pressure, intelligent, and confident managing schedules in a dynamic environment. This is a full-time, permanent position for someone who excels at organization, communication, and clerical detail. Your role is the hub of our operations, ensuring technicians are in the right place at the right time, and customers feel supported every step of the way. What You Will Be Doing • Answering phones, and assisting partnering companies with professionalism and clarity • Scheduling and dispatching service technicians using SMART booking skills • Adjusting bookings dynamically for urgent calls and changing jobs • Recording calls and services notes clear and accurately • Supporting the office as a whole - must be a team player!
