What You Will Be Doing • Answering phones, and assisting partnering companies with professionalism and clarity • Scheduling and dispatching service technicians using SMART booking skills • Adjusting bookings dynamically for urgent calls and changing jobs • Recording calls and services notes clear and accurately • Supporting the office as a whole - must be a team player!
