What You’ll Do: As our HVAC Service Manager, you’ll lead a team of service technicians while coordinating with dispatch, sales, and support staff to keep our service department running smoothly. You’ll also play a key role in training, process improvement, and driving customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily operations of the HVAC service department • Lead and support a team of HVAC technicians in the field • Oversee scheduling, assignments, and dispatch coordination • Provide technical guidance on installs, diagnostics, and repairs • Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and efficiency standards • Conduct regular performance reviews and set goals for team members • Hire, onboard, and train new technicians as needed • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies • Maintain communication with customers, vendors, and suppliers • Track parts and materials to ensure timely job completion • Manage service vehicles, inventory, and equipment readiness • Review work orders, invoices, and time logs for accuracy • Support sales with estimates, quotes, and service agreements What We’re Looking For:Required Qualifications: • 5+ years of HVAC experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role • Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Ability to read and interpret schematics and control wiring • Familiar with local HVAC codes and safety regulations • Proficient with service software, Microsoft Office, and digital tools • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Preferred (Not Required): • Experience with field service software (e.g., Service Titan, Jobber, etc.) • EPA certification and/or advanced HVAC certifications • Military, trade school, or technical training background Why Join Us? • Competitive pay + performance bonuses • Ongoing technical training and development opportunities • Tech-forward company culture and supportive leadership • Paid holidays, vacation time, and benefits available • Opportunity to lead a growing team and shape department direction Ready to take the next step in your HVAC career?
