At least 3 years' experience in technical installation or help desk, with expertise in security and AV systems, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
Job Description: • Serve as the main contact for Field Engineers during installations • Deliver expert installation support via chat, phone, and email • Ensure consistent application of Installation Success Guides • Document deliverables and work products • Collaborate with various teams to meet installation milestones Requirements: • A minimum of three (3) years' experience as a Field Technician or Help Desk Agent • Demonstrated expertise in the installation, troubleshooting, and programming of Access Control systems, Business Intelligence Solutions, CCTV/VMS (both IP and analog), Intrusion and Fire Alarm Systems, and Two-Way Audio solutions. • Experience and hands-on knowledge with low-voltage installations and support • Strong written and verbal communication abilities • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications Benefits: • Health insurance • 401(k) matching • Paid time off • Professional development opportunities • Remote work options
