Job Overview The Behavior Program Manager serves as the onsite case supervisor and leader, overseeing daily case management skills, including developing and overseeing clinical programs, supervising BIs and providing education and training for client caregivers. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and oversee clinical programs • Supervise BIs • Provide education and training for client caregivers Requirements: • Masters degree in relevant field • In progress with BCBA preferred • Strong ABA and clinical skills • Excellent written and spoken communication, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback with a team player attitude • Bilingual skills valued About Intercare Therapy We provide evidence-based behavioral therapies that help children overcome challenges related to autism spectrum disorders.
