What You'll Do: - You will manage and process health insurance policy renewals efficiently and accurately. - You will maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates. - You will provide clear and detailed explanations of policy terms, benefits, and changes. - You will address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. - You will collaborate with internal teams to update client records and ensure compliance. - You will identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention. - You will stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes affecting health insurance. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in health insurance or a related customer service role. - You have strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - You possess excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a remote environment. - Knowledge of health insurance regulations and compliance standards. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Previous experience with policy renewal processes.
