What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in health insurance or a related customer service role. - You have strong communication and interpersonal skills. - You possess excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You have the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with insurance policy management systems. - Knowledge of health insurance regulations and compliance. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Previous experience in a remote customer service role.
