What You'll Do: - You will manage and process health insurance policy renewals accurately and efficiently. - You will communicate with clients to explain policy details, answer questions, and resolve concerns. - You will maintain detailed records of client interactions and policy changes. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. - You will identify opportunities to improve client retention through proactive outreach. - You will stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes affecting health insurance. - You will assist clients in understanding benefits and coverage options. - You will handle escalated client issues with professionalism and empathy. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in health insurance or a related customer service role. - You have strong communication and interpersonal skills. - You possess excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You have the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with insurance policy management systems. - Knowledge of health insurance regulations and compliance. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Previous experience in a remote customer service role.
