Your focus will be on providing detailed, customer-focused support to help clients understand their options and maintain continuous coverage. What You'll Do: - You will manage and process health insurance policy renewals accurately and efficiently. - You will maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates. - You will provide clear and empathetic communication to explain policy details and renewal options. - You will identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional insurance products. - You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery. - You will keep detailed records of client interactions and policy changes. - You will stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes affecting health insurance. - You will assist clients in navigating claims and coverage questions as needed. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in health insurance or related customer service roles. - Strong knowledge of health insurance policies, renewals, and regulatory requirements. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment. - Certification in health insurance or related fields. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding client retention goals.
