What You'll Do: - You will manage and process health insurance policy renewals accurately and efficiently. - You will communicate with clients to explain policy details and answer their questions. - You will maintain detailed records of client interactions and policy changes. - You will collaborate with team members to resolve client issues promptly. - You will stay updated on insurance products and regulatory requirements. - You will meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and renewal rates. - You will provide feedback to improve processes and client experience. What You Bring: - You have a valid 2-15 or 2-40 health insurance license. - You have at least 1-2 years of experience in health insurance or a related call center role. - You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. - You are detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. - You are comfortable working in a remote environment with self-motivation.
