Job Description We are seeking a Training Content Designer to design, develop, and maintain engaging training materials for security officers and supervisory staff. This role focuses on transforming security procedures, policies, and compliance requirements into clear, practical, and effective learning content that supports operational excellence, safety, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities • Design and develop training content for security officers, including onboarding, refresher training, and advanced skill modules • Create instructional materials such as manuals, presentations, videos, e-learning modules, quizzes, and job aids • Translate security policies, SOPs, and legal/regulatory requirements into easy-to-understand training content • Collaborate with operations, compliance, and leadership teams to ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials • Update and revise training content to reflect changes in laws, client requirements, company policies, and industry best practices • Develop scenario-based training and real-world simulations relevant to security operations • Ensure training materials align with adult learning principles and diverse learning styles • Track training effectiveness and incorporate feedback to continuously improve content • Maintain organized records of training materials and version control Qualifications • Background in private security, public safety, military, or criminal justice • Experience creating compliance-driven or regulated training content • Knowledge of state and federal security licensing and training requirements • Basic video production, graphic design, or multimedia skills Personal Attributes • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Strong communicator and collaborator • Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment • Passionate about training, safety, and professional development Work Environment • Office-based or hybrid (depending on company needs) • Occasional collaboration with field personnel or site visits may be required Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.
