IntePros is looking to bring on a Senior HRIS Consultant to join our healthcare client. This supports the client’s current Human Resources (HR) application – Infor Lawson Legacy S3 HR v10 and associated processes. The consultant will provide HRIS process, data, and application daily support for all HR users, addressing and resolving Tier 3 escalated issues. This role also involves supporting complex and analytical HR reporting, managing mass data uploads, and resolving Lawson data integration issues with internal and external HR applications/vendors. Additionally, the consultant will develop and update Infor Lawson HR process documentation for HR user education and training as needed. Responsibilities: - Provide daily support for corporate and field end users to troubleshoot moderate to complex issues related to Infor Lawson HR and associated HR systems and processes, including reversal/correction requests. - Handle escalated issues and troubleshoot Tier 3 complex problems, including Absence Management LP issues. - Support moderate to complex reporting and data analysis needs involving large volumes of data across the business. - Assist with uploads of mass data into Infor Lawson HR, including merit increases, certifications, competencies, and performance ratings. - Maintain data integrity by conducting regular data audits to improve data quality. - Assist with Infor Lawson HRIS projects, such as data conversions and testing for new acquisitions, upgrades, and enhancements. - Develop, edit, and deliver content for Infor Lawson HR end user guidance, support, and training. - Prepare status reports and keep management informed of status and related issues. Qualifications: - Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Infor Lawson Legacy S3 HR, preferably in healthcare. - Advanced functional knowledge of HR, Benefits, and Employment/Recruitment practices. - Advanced HRIS application and integration knowledge and experience. - Strong analytical and problem resolution skills for complex issues. - Excellent communication, customer service, and customer support skills at all levels. - Advanced reporting skills, preferably with Crystal Reports, Lawson Add-Ins, and Microsoft Access.
