Deployment Project Manager II Summary We are seeking an experienced Field Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end deployment of ergonomic installations across multiple operational sites. This role requires a blend of onsite and remote work, with extensive travel (60–80%) to project deployment sites. The ideal candidate excels in project management, stakeholder coordination, safety compliance, and quality control within fast-paced, industrial or logistics environments. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution • Manage full project lifecycle from pre-deployment through closure. • Coordinate with site stakeholders, suppliers, and third-party execution teams. • Ensure compliance with project timelines, safety standards, and quality benchmarks. • Track and maintain project progress using Asana or equivalent tools. • Oversee daily installation activities, including equipment setup and decommissioning. Safety & Compliance • Maintain compliance with OSHA and site-specific safety standards, including PPE usage. • Oversee documentation and compliance processes (e.g., Avetta). Quality Control • Ensure proper installation and approval of ergonomic stations. • Manage equipment inventory and installation quality. • Coordinate IT and peripheral equipment as needed. Typical Day / Work Environment • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week; up to 10 hours OT as needed. • Lead and direct equipment installation teams while reporting to a manager not on-site. • Requires flexibility for travel, shift variations, and onsite presence during critical project phases. • Physical requirements: lift up to 49 pounds, frequent standing/walking, pushing/pulling, bending, squatting, and wearing required PPE. Experience & Certifications • 5+ years in industrial, logistics, production, or manufacturing environments. • 3+ years in project management, preferably in warehouse/logistics environments. • 3+ years leading end-to-end project delivery and reporting to senior leadership. • 3+ years driving process improvements and supervising teams. • OSHA 10 or 30 certification required prior to assignment start. • Strong stakeholder management skills. • Expert user of Asana and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
