Job Title: Infrastructure Program Manager – Data Center Network Deployment Location: Remote - California Duration: 6 Months to start with We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong expertise in Data Center Network Deployment to support large-scale infrastructure initiatives. This opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys driving cross-functional execution, and has deep familiarity with network deployment processes. Responsibilities • Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects related to network deployment and data center operations. • Develop detailed project plans, manage schedules, and ensure timely delivery of milestones. • Partner closely with internal teams and external vendors to drive execution and resolve issues. • Identify risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure alignment with organizational standards. • Communicate project status, key blockers, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Requirements • 5–8 years of experience in network engineering or network deployment programs. • Background working with peering, edge, CDN, or ISP network environments. • Solid understanding of common networking routing/switching protocols (e.g., BGP, MPLS, IS-IS, RSVP‑TE). • Working knowledge of TCP/UDP, DNS, and IPv4/IPv6 networks. • Familiarity with POP/Colo environments, physical network infrastructure, and optical connectivity (10G/100G/400G). • Ability to forecast capacity/project needs and translate them into actionable deliverables. • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deliver against timelines. • Experience managing programs or deployments within data centers. • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder‑management skills. • Proficiency with common program/project management methodologies and tools (Agile, Waterfall, Gantt planning, Jira, etc.). • Independent, organized, and adaptable in rapidly changing environments.
