The candidate will act as a bridge between business users, logistics operations teams, and technical Oracle implementation teams, ensuring seamless business process mapping, solution design, and deployment. Key Responsibilities Oracle SCM & Logistics Domain • Lead business analysis activities for Inbound Logistics processes: • Purchase Order lifecycle • Supplier ASN (Advance Shipment Notice) • Inbound shipments, dock scheduling • Receiving, GRN, put-away, inventory staging • Supplier quality checks & discrepancies handling • Lead business analysis activities for Outbound Logistics processes: • Sales Order processing • Pick, Pack, Ship operations • Shipment planning & freight management • Carrier integration, shipping documentation • Delivery confirmation, POD (Proof of Delivery) • Returns / RMA processing Oracle EBS / Fusion Functional Areas • Oracle Modules Expertise: • Inventory (INV) • Purchasing (PO) • Order Management (OM) • Warehouse Management (WMS) • BOM / Costing • Oracle Fusion SCM (Shipping, Receiving, Logistics Cloud) • Perform Fit-Gap Analysis between business needs and Oracle standard functionality. • Configure Oracle setups related to: • Receiving controls • Sub-inventories & locators • Shipping networks & inter-org transfers • Freight terms, Incoterms, carrier setups Stakeholder & Process Management • Conduct workshops with business users to gather and document requirements. • Translate business requirements into BRD, FRD, Process Flow Diagrams, and Functional Specs. • Support UAT, SIT cycles and production deployment. • Provide end-user training and SOP documentation. Integration & Reporting • Work with technical teams on interfaces with: • 3PL providers • Warehouse automation systems • Carrier / freight systems • Support reporting needs related to logistics KPIs: • OTIF (On-Time In-Full) • Inventory Turnover • Inbound cycle time • Order fulfillment accuracy
