How You Will Achieve More: In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for mapping, building, implementing, and managing workstreams focused on product commercialization and on the implementation of commercial capabilities to support Intellia’s first commercial launch. The ideal candidate is highly skilled and motivated project manager with exceptional commercial launch project management skills, outstanding communication and cross functional collaboration abilities, excellent facilitation skills, and a proven track record of successful commercial launches in the US. Responsibilities: Lead the development and management of the Integrated Launch Plan (ILP) in alignment with brand strategy. Lead Launch Readiness Reviews with Functional and Executive Leadership in partnership with Commercial and Program Leadership. Facilitate bi-weekly Launch Readiness Team meetings. Support planning of milestone meetings such as launch simulations, Day 0, Launch Training Meetings, National Sales Meetings. Work collaboratively across functions to identify and mitigate risks, develop scenario planning, to ensure teams stay on track. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, process flows, status reports, decision logs, project risks, and performance metrics. Manages Day 0 minute by minute schedule. Develop launch playbook and best practice documentation to accelerate future launches. Perform other duties as assigned. About You: Proven track record of collaboration and coordination with key internal stakeholders, including the ability to influence without formal authority Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior management and establish effective working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. Exceptional skills in proactivity, planning, prioritization, objective setting, meeting management, and plan execution. Organized and logical, with a high degree of flexibility to change direction when needed. A confident self-starter who can work independently and creatively, while also being a team player. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and in Smartsheets Travels as needed: 20% Bachelor’s degree required PMP certification preferred Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on commercial operations and launch excellence. The base salary for this position is expected to range between $218,300.00 - $266,900.00 USD per year. The salary offered is determined based on a range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant education and training, overall related experience, specialized, rare or in-demand skill sets, internal comparators and other business needs. Upon joining Intellia, your salary will be reviewed periodically and additional factors such as time in role and performance will be considered. Intellia may change the published salary range based on company and market factors. Additional compensation includes a performance-based annual cash bonus, a new hire equity grant, and eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards the value of which are determined annually at the Company’s discretion.
