Job Title: PMO project manager Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite) Requisition Details • We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead and manage a portfolio of complex, global regulatory initiatives. • This role is rooted in traditional project management methodologies, with a strong emphasis on communication, stakeholder engagement, and process efficiency. • The ideal candidate will be highly organized, comfortable working in a matrixed organization, and skilled at translating project progress into clear, actionable reporting for senior leadership. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Project Ownership: • Manage a high volume of regulatory projects from intake through completion, ensuring pipeline movement and timely check-ins. • Coordinate across internal and global teams and business units to maintain momentum and resolve blockers. Stakeholder Communication: • Provide consistent, high-quality updates to VPs and other senior stakeholders. • Facilitate meetings, status reviews, and executive briefings with clarity and confidence. Dashboard & Reporting: • Use tools like Power BI, PowerApps, Excel, and SharePoint to track and communicate project status. • Develop and maintain dashboards that tell the story of project progress, risks, and milestones. Process Management & Optimization: • Ensure project workflows are aligned with regulatory timelines and business priorities. • Identify inefficiencies in current tools and processes and lead efforts to improve them. Tool Integration: • Oversee integration points between Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint to streamline reporting and data visibility. • Support the transformation of disjointed systems into cohesive project tracking environments.
