Candidates should have an active client portfolio and the ability to generate sales from day one** About the Role: We are seeking a driven and tech-savvy Software Sales Executive to join our growing team, focused on delivering innovative software solutions to the real estate industry. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by selling our software products to brokerages, property management firms, real estate agents, and investors. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the real estate sector. • Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to the specific needs of real estate clients. • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close. • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (brokers, property managers, developers, etc.). • Understand client needs and communicate how our software addresses challenges within property sales, leasing, management, and marketing. • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to provide feedback and improve the customer experience. • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Qualifications: • 2+ years of B2B software sales experience (real estate industry experience a strong plus). • Familiarity with real estate operations, property management, or real estate marketing platforms. • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
