Lead software engineering teams and manage large-scale healthcare data integration projects with a focus on cloud and data infrastructure.
Extensive experience in healthcare IT software engineering, data migrations, and technical management, but no PLM or Teamcenter experience.
Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture & Design • Design end-to-end PLM solutions using Teamcenter modules such as: • BOM Management (EBOM/MBOM) • Change Management • Document Management • Workflow & Release Management • Define system architecture (2-tier / 4-tier). • Design multi-site, distributed, and high-availability environments. • Develop data models, classification strategies, and governance standards. • Provide solution blueprint and technical design documentation. Integration Architecture • Architect integrations between Teamcenter and: • ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) • CAD tools such as NX and Solid Edge • MES and other enterprise systems • Design integration using: • SOA / REST APIs • T4S / T4EA frameworks • Middleware platforms • Ensure secure, reliable, and scalable data exchange. Technical Governance • Review BMIDE customizations and data model extensions. • Establish coding standards and configuration best practices. • Provide architectural guidance for: • ITK / SOA development • Active Workspace customization • Workflow and Access Manager configurations • Lead system upgrades and migration strategy. Required Qualifications • 8+ years of PLM experience with 5+ years in Teamcenter. • Strong expertise in: • Teamcenter architecture & configuration • Active Workspace • BMIDE • ITK / SOA / REST • Workflow & Access Manager • Experience integrating Teamcenter with ERP and CAD systems. • Strong understanding of PLM best practices and data governance. • Experience in enterprise solution design.
