You'll be architecting solutions that connect healthcare providers, imaging centers, hospitals, and patients worldwide—enabling life-changing diagnoses to reach the right hands at the right time. As part of our InteleShare development team, you'll craft solutions for complex challenges, working on a platform that seamlessly handles DICOM medical imaging across institutions, geographies, and systems. Every line of code you write has the potential to accelerate critical medical decisions. Key Responsibilities Drive Innovation Forward • Design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge features for the InteleShare web application that push the boundaries of medical image sharing technology • Master the InteleShare ecosystem—from zero-footprint viewers to cross-enterprise exchange workflows—becoming a true product expert who can navigate any challenge Own Your Impact • Take full ownership of feature development lifecycle: scope, code, test, document, and deliver within sprint commitments • Transform complex support tickets and stakeholder requests into technical solutions that exceed expectations • Champion quality through comprehensive testing and thorough documentation that empowers your teammates Collaborate & Excel • Energize daily stand-ups with meaningful progress updates and proactive problem-solving approaches • Contribute thoughtful, constructive pull request reviews that elevate the entire team's code quality • Support DevOps initiatives including AWS container deployments and production troubleshooting—because we Stand Together through every challenge Innovate Without Limits • Context-switch fluidly between technologies and codebases, embracing the full-stack generalist mindset that drives breakthrough solutions • Identify opportunities for improvement and take initiative to implement them—we reward those who Win the Day through decisive action Qualifications Required experience/skills: • Close to 5 years of professional web application development experience or equivalent strong educational foundation with demonstrable coding ability. • Curiosity and rapid learning ability, you absorb new technologies and apply them independently • Generalist mindset with comfort switching between languages, frameworks, and problem domains as business needs evolve • Self-starter with bias toward action, you spot needs, assume ownership, and deliver solutions without waiting for detailed instructions • Communication excellence across technical and business audiences, with the clarity to explain complex concepts simply • Problem-solving mastery with debugging skills that turn mysterious issues into understood, resolved challenges • Project scoping expertise, you break down long-term goals into manageable, deliverable increments • Remote work effectiveness, proven ability to maintain high productivity and engagement in distributed team environments Desired skills: • Perl development experience • REST API and PostgreSQL database development expertise • Frontend development experience: JavaScript, TypeScript, React, jQuery, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap • Container orchestration with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm • Agile/Scrum methodology experience in fast-paced development environments • Git/GitHub version control mastery • Unit and integration testing best practices • AWS cloud services knowledge • Healthcare technology background: DICOM, HL7, medical imaging, or radiology workflow understanding Additional Information The base pay for this position ranges from $87,150yr/ to $116,200/yr USD within any geographic market in the US. Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Intelerad is a total compensation company. Pay is dependent on the position offered.
