Job Description Role Overview As a Senior Cloud Software Developer on our InteleOrchestrator team, you will design and deliver intelligent, cloud-native applications that streamline radiology workflows for healthcare providers worldwide. This role combines technical excellence with mission-driven innovation, where your work directly impacts diagnostic efficiency and patient outcomes. You will architect scalable microservices on AWS, mentor team members, and drive technical innovation in a highly regulated healthcare environment. If you thrive on solving complex challenges and building solutions that matter, this opportunity offers meaningful impact at the intersection of cloud technology Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable, high-performance cloud-native applications using modern microservices architecture on AWS, ensuring regulatory compliance and industry best practices Own full-stack solutions from backend services to intuitive web frontends, collaborating with Product, UX, and Clinical teams to translate business requirements into practical technical implementations Drive technical innovation by evaluating emerging technologies, contributing to architecture decisions, and shaping the team's technical roadmap Mentor junior developers through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and promoting continuous learning to strengthen team capabilities Champion quality and reliability by implementing automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, observability tools, and security best practices across the development lifecycle Qualifications Qualifications & Experience 7+ years of professional software development experience 3+ years of hands-on development with AWS services including EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, and ECS/EKS or equivalent cloud platform experience 3+ years building and deploying full-stack web applications in production environments Proficiency in Kotlin and Go with strong understanding of object-oriented and functional programming principles Expertise in Spring Boot and microservices design patterns Experience with Angular or React for frontend development Solid working knowledge of PostgreSQL or SQL Server Familiarity with Gradle, Git, and modern DevOps practices Comfortable working across Windows and Linux environments Strong communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts clearly in both written and verbal formats Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications & Special Requirements Experience with C# or .NET Core Familiarity with JOOQ or similar database abstraction layers Exposure to observability tools such as Datadog, New Relic, or similar platforms Background in healthcare or regulated industries such as FDA or FAA environments Experience with healthcare data standards including HL7 and DICOM Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Experience designing and scaling distributed systems Travel Requirements: None This job description is not a comprehensive list of tasks or requirements and Intelerad reserves the right to change it at any time.
