At least 5 years in MLE or similar role, expertise in research methodologies and software, leadership skills, and a Master's degree in a relevant field.
Description: • Remote position. • Lead MLE function, conceptualize, design, and implement robust M&E frameworks aligned with strategic goals. • Lead execution of qualitative and quantitative research studies to generate evidence and insights. • Mentor and guide a high-performing team of M&E specialists; build capacity of the function. • Oversee data collection, storage, analysis, ensuring data quality and ethical standards. • Partner with field teams, donors, and partners to disseminate findings and translate learning into action. • Lead writing and dissemination of research findings to support advocacy efforts. • Reports to the Director of MLE. Requirements: • At least 5 years of experience in an MLE or a similar role, with a proven track record of leading and delivering complex projects. • Experience in the health or public health sector is strongly preferred. • Strong expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, data analysis, and relevant software (e.g. Python, SPSS, STATA, R). • Creative, multi-tasking problem-solver with exceptional communication and leadership skills; able to articulate complex findings to diverse audiences and influence program strategy. • Master’s degree in Public Health, International Development, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
