Job Details: Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive the execution of our Data Center Group (DCG) flagship platform. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of complex platform programs, including validation, software integration, plan-of-record (POR) alignment, schedule management, and delivery of key milestones to ensure successful launch and ramp. Key Responsibilities: • Lead cross-functional, multi-site, and multi-disciplinary development teams through all phases of platform execution. • Own and drive platform schedules, deliverables, and execution metrics across engineering, validation, and software domains. • Manage technical task forces to resolve critical issues and ensure alignment across stakeholders. • Collaborate closely with internal and external partners, including customers, to ensure platform readiness and deployment success. • Provide strategic recommendations and decision-making support to senior leadership. • Establish and maintain strong networking relationships to support program success. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications" • BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or related field with 10+ years of experience • 5+ years of proven technical experience relevant to validation development, execution and/or management • 4+ years of experience in leading and running cross-site cross-group forums. Technical program management experience and skills such as the ability to drive and influence decisions among the platform and ingredient teams. Preferred Qualifications: • Familiarity with platforms architecture, execution processes and quality metrics. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
