Founding Sales Director – Texas Market | ERP Consulting Location: Remote (Based in the Dallas/Fort Worth or Austin Area) Integrum is expanding—and we’re looking for a driven, high-performing Account Executive/Market Leader to help us lead the charge in the TOLA market. This is an exciting opportunity to sell into a hot, high-growth space where we specialize in Workday and ERP implementation, integration, and AMS (Application Management Support) services. As a Workday Services Partner, Integrum helps both commercial and partner clients navigate complex enterprise transformations. We deliver top-tier consulting talent across HCM, Financials, Integrations, Extend, and more—serving some of the most recognized brands in the world. This is more than just a sales role. What You’ll Do • Develop and execute a territory strategy focused on net new Workday/ERP consulting opportunities • Engage and partner with C-level decision-makers to understand pain points and position Integrum’s high-impact solutions • Lead complex deal cycles, often involving multiple stakeholders, pre-sales consultants, and technical SMEs • Build strong relationships with both direct clients and Workday partners, helping them meet staffing and delivery goals • Forecast, manage pipeline, and own the sales process from first call to signed SOW • Help shape Integrum’s presence in the Dallas market and potentially lead a future sales and recruiting office About You Basic Qualifications: • 7–10+ years of experience selling ERP or HCM consulting/staffing services, preferably with a focus on Workday or similar enterprise platforms • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota in a field sales or hybrid role • Strong ability to manage full-cycle sales and close mid- to large-size consulting engagements • Experienced in collaborating with pre-sales, recruiting, delivery, and executive teams Bonus Points For: • Prior experience in Workday ecosystem or selling into Workday clients/partners • Background in IT staffing or solutions-based selling • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build a team or run a region • Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with clients quickly Why Integrum? • Remote flexibility with strong local market ownership • Competitive base + uncapped commissions • Equity potential and leadership opportunities as the Dallas office grows • Join a fast-moving, founder-led company where your impact is immediate and recognized • Work with a team that’s passionate about excellence, delivery, and integrity Let’s talk if you’re ready to help shape the future of ERP consulting in Texas.
