Job Title: Senior Interior Designer Company Overview: Integrity Technical Services is a leading architecture and interior design firm based in Cleveland, OH, specializing in classical high-end custom multi-million-dollar homes. Role Overview: As a Senior Interior Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the aesthetic and functional aspects of luxury residential projects. You will lead design initiatives, collaborate with architects and clients, and ensure the highest standards of quality and creativity throughout the project lifecycle. What You'll Do: - You will lead the interior design process for high-end custom homes from concept through completion. - You will collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and clients to develop cohesive design plans. - You will create detailed drawings, specifications, and presentations to communicate design intent. - You will select materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures that align with client vision and project requirements. - You will manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery. - You will mentor junior designers and provide guidance to foster professional growth. - You will stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to inform design decisions. - You will ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in interior design, preferably in luxury residential projects. - Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. - Strong knowledge of classical design principles and high-end residential interiors. - Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills. - Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working on multi-million-dollar custom home projects. - LEED accreditation or other sustainability certifications. - Familiarity with 3D rendering and visualization tools. - Established network of industry contacts including vendors and contractors.
